A.Application for any and all permits required by this chapter, except any signs approved in conjunction with a site plan, or change of use/expansion, shall be made, in writing, in duplicate, to the Chief Building Inspector, upon forms prescribed and provided by the Chief Building Inspector, and shall contain but not be limited to the following:(1)The name and address of the applicant, the owner of the sign and the landowner.(2)The location of the building, structure or land to which or upon which the sign is to be erected.(3)A detailed drawing of the proposed sign, indicating its dimensions and showing any pictorial content or lettering to be displayed on said sign. Mobile and political signs shall be excepted from this requirement.(4)A survey showing the proposed location of said sign, its setbacks from front and side yard lines and distance from buildings.
