§ 4-23. Appeals procedure.

    Where any application for a permit to conduct an amusement, parade or outdoor assemblage is denied by the Town Clerk or where such permit is revoked by the Town Clerk, the applicant thereto or grantee thereof may appeal to the Town Board for the issuance of such permit or license.
    B. 
    Any person seeking to appeal a decision pursuant to Subsection A of this section may petition the Town Board, in writing, stating the nature of the relief sought. The Town Board shall schedule a hearing to be held during the course of a regularly scheduled Town Board meeting, which shall take place no later than three weeks after the time of the filing of the petition.
