§ 51-1. Discarded appliances.

No person, firm, corporation, institution, public or private, or any other organization shall leave outside of any building or dwelling and no owner, occupant, lessor or person or entity in control of property shall have outdoors and upon their property:A.In a place in any Business and Industrial Districts of the Town of Brookhaven accessible to children any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or any other container of any kind which has an airtight door or lock which may not be released or opened from the inside of said icebox, refrigerator or container; orB.In any such district any abandoned, unattended or discarded icebox, refrigerator or any other container of any kind which has an airtight snap-lock or other device thereon without first removing said snap-lock or door from said icebox, refrigerator or container; orC.In any residence district of the Town of Brookhaven, for storage or otherwise, any refrigerators, iceboxes, washing machines, drying machines, sinks, toilets, radiators, freezers, tires, stoves and bathtubs.
